I have been a home makeover systems customer for about a year now. My daughter and son-in-law have a system as well. Every time I took a shower at their house it felt so good that I had to get one myself. I'm so happy with the quality of water that the system delivers. My hair looks amazing, my skin has never felt so clean and all the cleaning that I used to have to do around the house due to the hard water has virtually been eliminated. I have been drinking more water because it actually tastes really good. I have saved so much money on bottled water! The sales rep Joe was very patient and answered all of my questions. He is a caring professional. I sincerely think he really enjoys helping people get clean water. My water system is the best investment I have ever made. My only regret is that I should've done this a very long time ago. Five stars for this quality product and company!

Purchased it in 2006. They have made an improved system that doesn't require annual maintenance. That's a big savings. The Representative, Jeff Davis did a great job explaining how it works. In addition, We'll receive several products such as concentrated detergent, shampoo, etc. I already know that the products are great and last a long time from my previous purchase. I would highly recommend this company.

This new system has a wonderful warranty and the water is just amazing! I thought the water couldn't get any better, but it did! This is the cleanest tasting water you will ever find. It is so good that you can fix a glass of ice water at night - if any is left over, it is still good the next day. Where else could you ever get water that would stay that fresh tasting overnight? It is wonderful to have a water system that you only need to add salt a couple times a year and only need to have it serviced every 10 years. That is how great the Brita Pro system is. It is built to last. Brita has always been noted for good water, now I have the great water coming from every tap in the house. You can't believe how great the shower feels. You will find that you use about 1/2 the amount of shampoo that you needed before. There are many times that I don't even use conditioner. The water is that great. The Brita system even makes the laundry much cleaner and better. I have not needed the fabric softener like we needed before. That is the wonderful difference with this Brita system. The installation was done in a timely and professional manner. I have dealt with the Home Makeover business for the 20 years that we have been in Florida. They have always treated us with respect and have always been on time for any appointments. That is so appreciated. I am so thankful that they told me about this Brita Pro water system. With Brita and Home Makeover standing behind this product, I know that I am getting the best! If you want clean and great tasting water, the Brita Pro system is the way to go. Home Makerover System installed a Brita Pro System a few weeks ago for us. We had purchased the Puronics water filtration system 15 years ago, which was the best purchase we ever made. We saw a big difference with the water.The water enhances and changed our lifestyle tremendously. Our skin were so dry and now after a shower our skin is soft and moist which is a plus for us. The water is so clean to drink not forgetting our pots and laundry are so much cleaner. Our old system required an annual fee for maintenance. Many years ago, like other families, we were introduced to Brita and its purifying water products. To protect ourselves and to enjoy the best clean drinking water, we purchased and used a series of small Brita containers to filter and hold our drinking water. At one point we had some difficulty with our freezer and ice maker, diagnosed and connected to calcium deposits and other minerals in the water. Coincidentally, we had just replaced all the water lines in our house amidst some speculation that small leaks in the plumbing may have been caused by mineral deposits. In any case -- even though we used ice sparingly -- it was obvious we needed to think more broadly about our water usage and decided to get a whole house system so every drop of water coming into our home was filtered, clean, and soft. Enter the pros at Home Makeover Systems (then known as Great Southern) who have now provided years of excellent service. The initial system installed by the company eliminated all our water issues but it required periodic care and heavy quantities of salt. We decided to replace and upgrade choosing the Brita system, after an annual maintenance inspection, followed by thoughtful technical and financial analysis and consultation with Home Makeover Systems. For those of us who have had the advantages and benefits of soft water for a long time, anything less than the quality of our water would always be noticed. As we travel, it is always obvious when soft water is not available and when we need to be drinking bottled water. While I generally trust the water systems in most parts of the country, there are reasons to be concerned in many places that do their own testing. Flint, Michigan should be a reminder. So, with that background and experience, we were impressed with the costs, minimum care, salt consumption, back-up mechanisms, and general technology that are the foundation of the Brita whole house water system. Frankly, we were not expecting any differences in the water we used on a daily basis. Wrong! The differences we are experiencing, of course, are not tested but the water seems to feel consistently softer and tastes substantively more refreshing [the wonders of no taste!] than that provided through the system we replaced. The salt storage is checked frequently to monitor consumption. After several weeks the drop in salt supply is hardly visible. We have had one power outage stemming from disconnecting and reconnecting our utilities to move them underground. As promised, the equipment came back on line ignoring the interruption. We actually discuss the water quality in our home, surprised by differences we simply had no reason to expect. It would be an understatement to say that we are pleased to have purchased the Brita system, especially now since we have been spending so much time at home as we pass through the pandemic. If our first several weeks are an indication, we will have years of quality service and water from Brita and Home Makeover Systems. Under the hood, it looks complicated. It probably is but we have had no reason to worry about the system or the water that flows through it and into the house. Because the Brita system is almost maintenance free for 7 to 10 years, it should pay for itself. So, to summarize: Great customer service Excellent water quality, soft, clean and refreshing Moderate to high cost initially, but offset by lifetime cost Minimal maintenance Back-up services Nominal salt over the course of the system’s life No heavy bags to carry and empty since usage is minimal Lifetime warranty Advanced technology What’s not to like?”

Everyone has been great to work with. I have to give the installer extra credit for squeezing behind a huge Bird of Paradise 🙂 One time I noticed that the salt pellets were not going down, called customer service, and they came out right away to fix the problem (a pebble got sucked in somehow and prevented the float valve from operating). The marketing and account guys who came to the house were great to work with. Regarding the product, the water is perfectly pure, and my wife loves the soft water the way it feels with the hair shampoo as well as how it feels so silky on the skin. Me, I just get the satisfaction of knowing the water is perfectly clean (especially after knowing how it tested before). Excellent team and great product.”

As a retired mechanical engineer I was very intrigued by the product claims. After visiting with our representative, who inspected our entire exterior... including the foundation (which was in fact absorbing and retaining moisture, we decided to have it put on the house. The process and professionalism were equally impressive. During the power outages is when we really appreciated the climate benefits, our house did not get to hot despite the lack of air conditioning for several days. Also the lack of maintenance and the semi glossy look, which nearly everyone compliments, we would surely recommend it to anyone. I bought the Puronics system five years ago. I was shocked how it made my water taste. When hurricane Irma came through, she caused it to lose power. When I called to have it fixed, they offered me an upgrade to the trident system. I was hesitant at first as I was $100 away from paying it off. However, with the promise of no maintenance for 30 years, no use of electricity or water to run its cycle, and the assurance knowing that the three carcinogens in my water would be removed i was sold. My salesman Joe Nash was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and was even able to get my Trident installed the same day! Now, that it has been installed, I have nothing but good things to say! My hair feels amazing and the water tastes even better than Puronics system! I'm so glad I made the switch. Thank you!”
